How secure is my data?
Onrica is built with the state-of-the-art technologies that are highly secure. All of your data on Onrica are encrypted with 256-bit encryption. Furthermore, your data will be protected legally by the contract you sign with us.
Does Onrica work if I'm offline?
Onrica is fully hosted on the cloud (Internet) which requires Internet connectivity to access it and use it effectively. However, Onrica does not require high speed Internet connection.
Can I use Onrica on my mobile phone?
Absolutely, Onrica is designed to work and fit well on any type of modern devices including mobile phones, tablets, laptops and PCs. In fact, some of our clients use only mobile phones and tablets to manage their business with Onrica.
Can I integrate Onrica with my POS?
Yes. At the moment, Onrica integrates seamlessly and smoothly with PEDS POS. If you have a different POS provider, you will need to request your provider to integrate with Onrica otherwise, you will need to have PEDS POS.
If I agreed to purchase Onrica, what are the next steps?
Great! The first step will be to sign an agreement and pay the service fee in full. Next, our customer success team will visit you and analyze your business processes and workflows. Once the analysis is completed, you will receive an action plan elaborating the tasks and timeframe. On average, it takes us a maximum of two weeks to get our clients live with Onrica.
